The point of this project is the to share my impromptu versions of card tricks that require a preset.
Reverse Border - A variation of "On the Border"
John Bannon's "On the Border" > Click here
The performer places a prediction card on the table. He gives the deck to the spectator. The spectator "locates" two cards in an unusual manner. The value of one card and the suit of the other is used to create a new card. That card matches the prediction card.
Impromptu Revolving Aces 3 - A variation of "Revolving Aces"
Herb Zarrow's "Revolving Aces" > Click here
The spectator stops you riffling four times. You take out the card at the point where he stopped you. The four cards turn out to be a four of a kind.
Emerald Isle Aces is the original name of the trick. I do not know what connection Shigeo Takagi has to the trick.
You Make The Sandwich - A variation of "Sovereign Sandwich"
David Jonathan's "Sovereign Sandwich" > Click here
A card is selected and shuffled back into the deck. The black kings are inserted into different places in the deck. The deck is given to the spectator. The card expert does not touch the cards for the rest of the trick. The spectator mixes the cards. The deck is turned face up. The black kings are seen sandwiching the spectator's card.

note: This is regarding BF's demonstration of "You Make The Sandwich" I did not instruct the reader to tell the spectator to do repeated cuts. My instructions were to do the same cut-shuffle-cut sequence that David Jonathan did in "Sovereign Sandwich."
